When this showed up, the box was in rough shape—like it had been through some kind of shipping battlefield. The packaging felt flimsy, and unfortunately the corners of the item ended up bent. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely disappointing to open it and see that right away

The refund did come through eventually, but it took way longer than I thought it would. I kept checking my bank app every morning and even noticed the pending line disappear before the actual amount showed up, which was frustrating. Not the worst experience, but the wait felt unnecessarily slow.

I was scrambling a bit for my sister’s birthday gift and ended up finding shoplocale.com. They had a bunch of cute local finds that felt more thoughtful than the usual candles or coffee mugs, which was a relief.
Checkout was simple, the gift arrived on time, and she actually loved it. Felt like a small win because I managed to pull off a nice gift without overthinking it. I’ll probably use it again next time I need something quick but still special.

I’ve ordered from ShopLocale twice now, and both times the delivery showed up when it was supposed to. The tracking wasn’t the most detailed thing ever, but it gave me enough to know what was going on. One box had a small dent, but everything inside was totally fine. So far, they’ve been dependable

I was in a decent mood when it finally arrived, and thankfully it looked close to the pictures. Overall I’m happy with it, but the shipping was a bit slower than I expected.

They did solve the issue eventually, so I’ll give them that. But it took way longer than I expected, and after a while I started noticing the same pattern: waiting, checking back, and not much progress. Glad it’s fixed, just wish the process had been quicker.

I had a annoying time trying to check out. My payment kept failing for no clear reason, and I had to try way more times than should be necessary. Maybe their payment system was glitching or something, but I’m not really sure. Either way, it made the whole process frustrating.

"Nice variety compared to the usual big sites"
I was surprised by the mix of products on ShopLocale. Compared to the big-name sites everyone usually flocks to, I found a few things here that felt a little more unique and not like the same stuff repeated everywhere.
Some sections could definitely use more choices, but browsing was easy and I ended up adding more to my cart than I meant to. Overall, a solid experience for me, I’d give it 4 stars

The replacement showed up sooner than I expected too. Kind of a relief when something like this doesn’t turn into a whole thing.

I had a small problem with my order and was worried it might turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations where you end up losing time and patience. I messaged customer service, and they got back to me quickly. They fixed it without making it a big deal, which I really appreciated. The fast replies definitely took the stress out of it
